ELSOUL LABO B.V. (Headquarters: Amsterdam, Netherlands; CEO: Fumitake Kawasaki) and Validators DAO have added a new cost-performance model, SLV Metal App+ Premium (€240 per month), to the application bare-metal servers placed directly under the data source of the Solana Dedicated ShredStream. The offering is limited to New York, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt, with limited quantities in each region.

An attainable premium for the popular direct-connect line
We have continued to pursue low latency while building a global Solana infrastructure where endpoints and application servers can be operated on the same network under unified control. We also pioneered offerings for Geyser gRPC and ShredStream, and Dedicated ShredStream Metal Ryzen Premium has been recognized as the fastest in the industry.
At the same time, application bare-metal on the same network started at €320 per month, which some viewed as a hurdle to adoption. We continuously improve our procurement, and as part of that effort, without sacrificing quality and while preserving the “same network” philosophy, we are now able to add a more accessible €240 model to the lineup.

This configuration adopts one of our most popular high-clock CPUs and delivers clear real-time performance gains while keeping costs under control.
This premium model is deployed in each region on the exact same network as the Dedicated ShredStream data source, effectively directly underneath it. There is no traversal of the public Internet, achieving zero-distance communication in which both receiving and sending complete within the same network.
This minimizes bottlenecks and, with ShredStream recognized as the fastest stream on Solana, makes it possible to draw out the theoretical maximum speed.
Regions and background
New York, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt each have deep histories in finance and networking, with wide-bandwidth, low-latency backbones. Solana validators are heavily concentrated there, and these top three account for roughly half of all validators.
Aligning with that center of gravity, we place customers’ dedicated ShredStream servers and application servers on the same network as the ShredStream data source to achieve the fastest data communication.
Why it is fast
Streams are sensitive to distance. Congestion on shared endpoints and the jitter of long-haul routes directly affect outcomes at the millisecond level.
By placing dedicated paths close to the stream source and combining them with high-clock CPU processing, we have refined a configuration that shaves total latency from intake through processing to transmission.
App+ Premium is a new entry point that brings this design to more developers.
